Mary is an award winning filmmaker, radio broadcaster and co-founder of IWR. With a twenty year media career to date, Mary has produced and directed TV [ICA, Blood Diamonds, Son of Kerry, Son of Sam] and radio shows [Heat Island, Women’s Edition] and filmed stories across Africa, Asia and the Americas. She was a 2018 recipient of a New York Festivals International Radio Award. Mary grew up in the Irish midlands and is a graduate of both NUI Maynooth and UCD.
Neal is a film and documentary director, cameraman, scriptwriter and co-founder of IWR. Over two decades he has shot and directed around the world for RTÉ, TG4, Channel 4 and the BBC. He is Director of Son of Kerry, Son of Sam, Tunnel Tigers, DOP and Producer of IFTA nominated Mir Friends and exec producer of IWR's audio productions. Neal grew up in Dublin. He studied art at the National College of Art and Design and is a film graduate of IADT.
